Meet Aika Kitilya

Aika has been practicing Pilates for the past 14 years and teaching for 10. She has always been a mover growing up and found huge benefits from practicing Pilates to prevent injury, improve flexibility, and most importantly increase the body and mind connection. She has dedicated her work towards preventive health through movement, specifically Pilates!
